- Technician: Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics Engineering with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH).
- Trade Apprentice: 10th Pass + 2-Year ITI in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Machinist) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Graduate Apprentice: BBA / BA / B.Com / B.Sc. or equivalent Graduation with 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 45% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates from a recognized University/Institute.
- Trade Apprentice DEO: 12th Pass + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate with 1-year training from an NSQF/Central Government-recognized authority.
