Indian Bank has put out a fresh apprentice drive for the 2026-27 financial year, and the timing is tight in a useful way: the updated notification is dated 04-11-2026, applications open the very next day, and the window closes on 25-11-2026. There are 1,500 apprentice training seats on offer under the Apprentices Act, 1961 — but read this as training, not a bank job: the engagement runs for 12 months on a stipend, and it carries no promise of permanent employment.
The one eligibility detail that will quietly rule out a lot of older graduates is the graduation window. Your degree must have been completed on or after 01-04-2022 and no later than 01-11-2026. Before applying on the bank's portal, you also need to complete your profile on the NATS 2.0 apprenticeship portal.
