✅ Eligibility Criteria
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, proficiency in local language, desirable computer knowledge.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline; preference to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy; proficiency in local language; desirable computer knowledge.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with minimum 50% marks; preference for banking, finance, agriculture and related fields; 2 years experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant): Passed CA exam from ICAI; 1 year CA experience.
Officer Scale-II (Law Officer): Degree in Law with minimum 50%; 2 years experience as advocate or Law Officer in banks/financial institutions.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): MBA in Marketing; 1 year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): CA or MBA in Finance; 1 year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer): Degree in agriculture or related fields; 2 years relevant experience.
Officer Scale-II (IT Officer): Degree in Electronics/Communications/Computer Science/IT with minimum 50%; desirable certifications; 1 year relevant experience.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with minimum 50%; preference in banking, finance, agriculture, IT, management and related fields; minimum 5 years officer experience in bank or financial institution.
