Eligibility Conditions
Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities of Recognised Research Institute or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
- With six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300) in the parent cadre or Department;
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.
