The Government of India, through the Ministry of Cooperation, is excited to announce the establishment of the "Tribhavan" Sahkari University (TSU) in Gujarat, following the passage of the "Tribhavan" Sahkari University Act, 2025. As part of this initiative, applications are invited for the prestigious positions of First Registrar and Finance Officer.

Eligibility Criteria
Registrar - Direct Recruitment
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% or equivalent grade.
- Experience: At least 15 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 11 or above, or 8 years in Academic Level 12 or above, including as Associate Professor, with experience in educational administration. Alternatively, comparable experience in research establishments or 15 years of administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- Age: Preferably below 57 years on the application closing date.
Deputation
- Applicants from the Indian Audit and Accounts services, other Central Organized Services, or officers of the State Government holding an analogous post or with eight years’ experience at Pay Level 12 are eligible.
- Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 58 years on the closing date of application.
Salary and Service Conditions
The positions carry a pay of Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200 per month) as per the 7th CPC along with other benefits as stipulated by the TSU Act, 2025.
Application Procedure
The appointment will be made by the Central Government based on recommendations from a Selection Committee, as prescribed in the TSU Act, 2025.
