Applications are invited from generally employed Ex Armed Forces Commissioned Officers for an opportunity of donning the uniform again and serving the Nation as Territorial Army Officers based on the concept of enabling notified Ex Service Officers to serve in a military environment without having to sacrifice their primary professions. You can serve the Nation in two capacities - as a civilian and as a soldier.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only Ex Service Commissioned Officers can apply.
- Nationality: Indian citizen.
- Age Limits: 18 to 42 years on the date of application.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Physical Standards: Eligible as per medical standards.
- Currently Employed: Applicants must be currently employed.
- Note: Serving members of the Regular Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ GREF/ Para Military Forces cannot apply.
How to Apply
All interested Ex Service Officers (Commissioned Officers only) who desire to serve can download the Application Form (IAF (TA)-(Revised) Part-1) from the official website, fill it in their own handwriting, and submit it to the Directorate General Territorial Army.
Important Instructions
- Incomplete application forms and those received after the deadline will be rejected without attention.
- Admit card issuance does not confirm passage of eligibility for the candidate.
