- Sub inspector (Communication): Bachelorβs Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science or related fields from a recognized university
- Assistant Sub Inspector ASI (Radiographer): Passed 12th with two-year Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Radiography plus one year experience in radiology imaging center or 100-bedded hospital
- Assistant Sub Inspector ASI (Pharmacist): Passed 12th with two-year Diploma in Pharmacy, registered under Pharmacy Act, 1948, plus one year experience in 100-bedded hospital or recognized institution
- Assistant Sub Inspector ASI (Operation Theater Technician): Passed 12th with two-year Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology and one year experience as OT Technician
- Assistant Sub Inspector ASI (Dental Technician): Passed 12th with two-year Diploma in Dental Hygienist, registered with Dental Council of India, plus one year experience in dental or 100-bedded hospital
