Sainik School Sambalpur Recruitment: 6 Vacancies for PGT, LDC, and TGT Positions!

🔍 Job Details

Principal Sainik School Sambalpur invites applications from eligible candidates for the following vacancies purely on Regular / Contractual / Temporary basis:

1. PGT (Biology) (Regular)
   Essential Qualification:
   (i) Integrated post Graduate Course from NCTE recognized university in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject or any specialization in concerned subject. Provided the candidate has studied concerned subject at Graduation level also.
   (ii) B.Ed or equivalent degree from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
   (iii) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
   (iv) Should be between 21-40 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Candidates with higher qualification, experience in teaching in residential public school, proficiency in games, and knowledge of Computer Applications will be given preference.
2. PGT (Maths) (Regular)
   Essential Qualification:
   (i) Integrated post Graduate Course from NCTE recognized university in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject or any specialization in concerned subject. Provided the candidate has studied concerned subject at Graduation level also.
   (ii) B.Ed or equivalent degree from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
   (iii) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
   (iv) Should be between 21-40 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Candidates with higher qualification, experience in teaching in residential public school, proficiency in games, and knowledge of Computer Applications will be given preference.
3. PGT (Computer Science) (Regular)
   Essential Qualification:
   (i) M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks. OR B.E or M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) from recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
   (ii) Should be between 21 and 40 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Higher qualifications and experience in teaching in residential public school will be given preference.
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (Regular)
   Essential Qualification:
   Candidate must have passed matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
   (i) Typing speed at least 40 words per minute in English/Hindi.
   (ii) Knowledge of shorthand and ability to correspond in Hindi and English.
   (iii) Should be between 18 and 50 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Candidates with higher qualifications and experience as LDC will be preferred.
5. TGT (Maths) (Contractual basis)
   Essential Qualification:
   (i) Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
   (ii) B.Ed degree from a recognized University
   (iii) Should be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Candidates possessing PG degree in the concerned subject will be preferred.
6. TGT (English) (Contractual basis)
   Essential Qualification:
   (i) Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
   (ii) B.Ed degree from a recognized University
   (iii) Should be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 30 September 2025.
   Desirable: Candidates possessing PG degree in the concerned subject will be preferred.
