Only female candidates could apply. The conditions set in the notification were a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, qualification in the RSSB CET (Graduate Level) 2024, and a prescribed computer qualification — such as RSCIT, a DOEACC / NIELIT O Level certificate, or a degree, diploma or certificate in Computer Science or Computer Applications. Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and of Rajasthan's culture was also required.
