Required Documents:

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with two (02) attested photocopies each:

• All Education Certificates (10th, 12th and ITI diploma)
• Affidavit stating the purpose of recruitment and address.
• Caste Certificate issued from competent authority.
• Sports Certificate (if any).
• Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation within last six months.
• Enrolment form for Agniveer under the Agniveer scheme on Rs 10/- non-judicial stamp paper.
