The Rao Birender Singh State Institute of Engineering & Technology invites applications for admission to vacant and leftover seats for B.Tech. 1st Year and 2nd Year (Lateral Entry) courses for the academic year 2025-26. This admission process will comply with the HSTES 2025-26 guidelines and reservation policy.

- Physical Reporting for Zainabad Village Quota: 05.08.2025 (up to 5:00 PM)
- Physical Reporting for JEE Mains Rank (with reservation): 06.08.2025 (up to 5:00 PM)
- Physical Reporting for JEE Mains Rank (without reservation): 07.08.2025 (up to 5:00 PM)
- Daily On-Spot Counselling: 08.08.2025 onwards (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays)
B.Tech 2nd Year (LEET) Admission Schedule
- Last date for submission of Application form: 07.08.2025 (up to 5:00 PM)
- Physical Reporting for OCET-2025 Rank (with reservation): 08.08.2025 (1:00 PM)
- Physical Reporting for OCET-2025 Rank (without reservation): 08.08.2025 (from 2:00 PM onwards)
- Daily On-Spot Counselling: 11.08.2025 onwards (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays)

It is essential for candidates to meet eligibility criteria as per HSTES guidelines for admission to the respective courses.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates can download the Application Proforma from the official website www.rbsbietrewari.ac.in or collect it from the institute admission office. The filled application, along with a counselling fee of Rs. 500/- and necessary documents, must be submitted to the institute admission office or sent via email at admission.rbsiet@gmail.com as a single PDF file.

Important Notes
- Candidates must come prepared with one set of documents and passport-sized photographs along with original documents.
