Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be:
- Officers of the Central/State Governments/UTs holding analogous posts on a regular basis or
- Having five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment in pay band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 5400/- or equivalent, or
- Possessing one of the following qualifications:
- Passed Subordinate Accounts Services examination or an equivalent examination conducted by an organized accounts department of the central government.
- Successful completion of training in cash, accounts, and budget work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (or equivalent) with five years of experience in cash, accounts, budget, and audit work.
