National Company Law Appellate Tribunal - Various Positions
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi invites online applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Judicial Member in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), a quasi-judicial body established under Section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013. The number of vacancies are tentative and may decrease or increase without prior notice. The Member shall be paid a salary of Rupees two lakh twenty-five thousand per month plus other allowances as admissible.
Eligible and willing persons are advised to submit their applications online. Applications may be submitted online from 01 August 2025 at 10:00 AM. The last date for submitting online application is 31 August 2025 at 05:30 PM.
