Applicants must have passed ITI in the Electrician, Fitter or Welder trade from a recognised institution, and must be native residents of Madhya Pradesh. This is an apprenticeship training engagement under the Apprentices Act, 1961 — it is not a promise of regular employment with MPPGCL after the training year.
The minimum age is 18 years as on 15-11-2026, with a maximum of 27 years for General category candidates. Relaxations of up to 5 years apply for SC, ST and OBC candidates, and up to 10 years for Divyang candidates, as per the notification.
