Registration Process
- First, create a profile on the official DME MP counselling website: dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Register with your NEET roll number, secret key, and captcha.
- Pay both refundable and non-refundable counselling fees.
- Fill and lock your college and course preferences within the specified timeline.
Choice Filling
Starting from July 31 to August 4, 2025, candidates can select their preferred colleges and courses. It is crucial to lock the choices as they will be considered locked automatically after the deadline.
Seat Matrix and Cutoff
The seat matrix includes the number of MBBS and BDS seats available under state quota in various medical and dental colleges and is released along with the official counselling brochure. The cutoff is based on NEET 2025 qualifying marks, and candidates scoring above the cutoff are eligible for seat allotment.

Candidates must report to their allotted college for document verification between August 7 to August 11, 2025, and online cancellation/resignation options will be available as well.
