Eligibility Criteria

• Officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Services Group 'A'
• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department or
• With at least 5 years of service in the grade rendered after regular appointment in Level 12 of pay matrix or equivalent.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receiving applications.
