Eligibility Criteria:

• Officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider or regular Group 'C' employees in Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900)
• Armed Forces Personnel who are retiring or being discharged to the reserve within one year with necessary qualifications and experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driving license for motor cars
• Knowledge of motor mechanisms for minor repairs
• Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years
• Passed the 10th standard from a recognized board
