Essential Qualifications

• Retired Government Servant: Must have experience in Administration and Finance.
• Professionals from Open Market:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce or related courses from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience Requirements

• For Retired Government Employees: Minimum of 10 years in Programme or Finance Division within a government Ministry/Department.
• For Professionals from Open Market: At least 2 years of relevant experience, with preference given to work in the government sector.

Monthly Remuneration

• Retired Government Employees: Remuneration as per guidelines laid down in the Department of Expenditure’s OM No. 3-25/2020-E.III A dated 29th December 2020.
• Professionals from Open Market: Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 45,000/- (including TA of Rs. 3,000/-).
