Parents waiting on the Navodaya entrance test can finally get the hall ticket in hand. The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has made the admit cards for the Class VI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2027 live on its admission portal, and every registered child can download theirs free of charge. The card went live on 28-10-2026, giving families a full month to print it and sort out travel before the test.
The selection test itself is a single-phase, offline paper for the 2027-28 academic session, and it covers both summer-bound and winter-bound Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas on the same day. Admission is decided on merit in this test, under the Samiti's criteria, so the admit card is the one document no candidate can afford to leave behind.
