🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Primary Level Class 1-5: Candidates must have 10+2 Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C. / D.El.Ed.), or 10+2 with at least 45% marks with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (per NCTE 2002). Alternatively, candidates may have 10+2 with 50% marks and appearing in final year of B.El.Ed., or 10+2 with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education are also eligible.
Junior Level Class 6-8: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and passed or appearing in final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (B.T.C. / D.El.Ed.), or a Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed./L.T./Shiksha Shastri. Alternatives include 10+2 with 50% marks and appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed., or Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education), or Master’s Degree with 55% marks along with 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. course.
