Passed 10+2 with specified subjects and possess a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India. Male Indian or Gorkha candidates; weight proportionate to height and age; vision correctable to 6/6 in each eye (not exceeding +3.50D including astigmatism); no history of LASIK/PRK surgery.
