📋 Guidelines for Certificate Collection

The following points must be observed:

• Personal Collection Only: Certificates can only be collected in person by the qualified candidates. No third-party collection is allowed.
• Appointment Slots: Collect your certificate strictly within the scheduled time on your printed entry slip. Arriving outside your slot will lead to denial of certificate issuance.
• Bring Original Documents: Ensure to carry the original documents as specified in the FMGE information bulletin.
• Self-Declaration: A filled self-declaration form must be submitted at the time of collection.
• Rescheduling Requests: Should you miss your appointment, requests for rescheduling can be made only after October 15, 2025 via the NBEMS Communication Web Portal.
