The Railway Recruitment Cell - Eastern Railway has announced recruitment against the Cultural Quota for the years 2022-2026 for two (2) vacancies under Group ‘C’ category Pay Level - 2. Please note that candidates with Cultural Qualifications need not apply.

Details of Posts

Post Discipline: Classical (Level - 2)

Essential Qualifications:

• Passed 12th or its equivalent Examination with not less than 50% marks from a Govt. recognized Education Board. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates)
• Or, passed from a recognized Board Plus III National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) awarded by NCVT for Technician Grade-II Level 2 Pay Matrix in 7th CPC.

Desirable Qualification: Experience in the field applied discipline and performance on All India Radio / Doordarshan etc. will be considered.

Reservation

The posts against Cultural quota are open to all candidates with relaxation in age limit for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH/Divorced candidates as per government norms.

Age Limit

The age of candidate will be reckoned as on 01.01.2026 according to the respective group and categories.
