Applicants need a bachelor's degree from a recognised university, plus two years of experience as a Junior Assistant or in an equivalent post at a university, research establishment, Central or State Government body, PSU or autonomous organisation. Experience in reputed private companies or corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 200 crore is also accepted.
