Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility
Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Autonomous or Statutory Organisations, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities or Recognised Research Institutions:
- Holding analogous post on regular basis;
- With two years service in level 13A or three years in level 13;
Doctorate degree in relevant fields and 15 years experience in research and development.
