Eligibility Criteria

• Officers from the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post in the stenographic cadre (Level-8 as per 7th CPC) in their parent department on a regular basis.

General Conditions

• The tenure of deputation will initially be for three years, extendable up to five years on a year-to-year basis.
• The age limit for applicants is 56 years as of the closing date for applications.
• Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format through the Cadre Controlling Authority in the Parent Department/Organization.
• The applications must include required clearances, detailed Curriculum Vitae, and information regarding any penalties imposed in the last ten years.
• Applications received without the proper channel or after the last date will not be entertained.
• All applicants must specify the substantive post in their Parent Department along with the corresponding pay scales.
• Eligibility will be determined based on conditions on the last date of receipt of applications.

Application Submission

Applications complete in all respects should reach the Office of Commissioner (Personnel), DDA at E-1, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023, within 30 days from the date of issue of this notice. Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.
