The Delhi Development Authority invites applications in the prescribed format from the eligible officers working in Central Government/State Government/Semi-Govt./Union Territory Administrations/Statutory Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies for filling up 01 post of Dy. Chief Legal Advisor in PB-3, ₹ 15600 - ₹ 39100 with Grade Pay of ₹ 7600 on a deputation basis in DDA as detailed below.

🔍 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • (a) (i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the cadre/parent department; or ii) With 5 years' service in posts in the Pay Band-3, ₹ 15600 - ₹ 39100 with Grade Pay of ₹ 6600 or equivalent;
  • (b) Possessing a Regular Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent, preferably with experience in land acquisition, revenue, and service matters.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • The term of deputation is initially for 3 years, extendable to 5 years based on DoPT guidelines.
  • Applications must be submitted through the Cadre Controlling Authority in the parent department in the prescribed format.
  • The office of Commissioner (Personnel), Delhi Development Authority, E-1, Ground Floor, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi-110023 must receive completed applications by 29 August 2025.
