The Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training (CIFNET) is inviting applications for the recruitment of two posts of Upper Division Clerk (Group 'C' Non-Gazetted, Ministerial) in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix.
Job Details
- Number of Posts: 2
- Pay Scale: Level 4 of the Pay Matrix
- Location: CIFNET HQS, with potential posting at Chennai or Visakhapatnam.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or
- Having eight years of regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent.
Note:
- Departmental officers in the feeder category are eligible for consideration by deputation.
- Deputationists will not be eligible for consideration for appointment by deputation.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Job Responsibilities
The selected Upper Division Clerks will assist in various administrative tasks such as:
- Maintaining files and records
- Handling recruitment and promotion matters
- Budget maintenance and reconciliation
- Drafting communications and proposals
- General typing works and other duties as assigned
