   General Central Service, Group ‘B’ Gazetted, Ministerial
   Pay Level 7 of the pay matrix (₹64,900 - 142,400)
2. Staff Car Driver Grade I
   General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non Gazetted
   Pay Level 5 of the pay matrix (₹29,200 - 92,300)

Eligibility for Deputation

Officers under the Central Government, State Government, or Union Territories must meet the following criteria:

• Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or
• Five years’ service in Level 6 (₹35,400 - 1,12,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.

Educational Qualification and Experience

For Administrative Officer:

• Graduate from a recognized University.
• Five years’ experience in administrative and establishment work in Government or public authority.

For Staff Car Driver Grade I:

• Holding an analogous post in Level 5 (₹29,200 - 92,300) on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

Deputation Period

The period of deputation, including the appointment in a previous ex-cadre post, shall not exceed 5 years.
