Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
- Be a resident of the area served by the Distribution Licensee.
- Possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in consumer affairs.
- Not have previously retired from the service of an Electricity Distribution Licensee, unless they have served therein.
- Age limit should not exceed 62 years at the time of application.
Terms of Office
The term for the appointed Member will be three (3) years, with a possibility of extension for an additional three (3) years.
