Junior Research Fellow Position at CSB-Central Tasar Research & Training Institute

The Central Tasar Research and Training Institute, Ranchi, is inviting applications for one Junior Research Fellow position under a DBT-funded project titled "Inflatable mucoadhesive vaginal tablet (VTC) for instant Spermicidal action as a local vaginal contraceptive and microbicide (Project Code: AIT 04028 SNEY)".

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Zoology or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks.
• NET/GATE Qualification: Candidates must have NET or GATE qualifications.
• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years, with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC, Women, and physically challenged candidates.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in genome/transcriptome analysis is preferred.

Job Details

This position is available for a duration of two years or until the completion of the project and offers a salary of Rs. 37,000/- plus 18% HRA.
