Filling up of the post of Chief Director and Deputy Director (Marketing) in the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, New Delhi.

🚀 Chief Director (Marketing)

• No. of vacancies: 1 UR
• Age Limit: 45 Years
• Mode of recruitment: Contractual
• Period of contract: 5 Years extendable up to 5 years
• Remuneration: Level-13 in pay matrix as per 7th CPC (₹ 1,23,100 - ₹ 2,15,900)

🌟 Educational Qualification and Experience

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA/PGDM with specialization in Marketing
Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the field of Marketing/Planning and Business Development, with at least two years in the last ten years in a responsible position at a senior level of management in an organization, preferably in a Bank/Financial Development Institution.

Desirable:
Preference will be given to candidates who have executed marketing strategies, created brand awareness, and conducted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and promotional marketing.

🎯 Deputy Director (Marketing)

• No. of vacancies: 1 UR
• Age Limit: 35 Years
• Mode of recruitment: Direct Recruitment, failing which on a contract basis
• Period of contract: 3 Years extendable up to 5 years
• Remuneration: Level-11 in pay matrix as per 7th CPC (₹ 67,700 - ₹ 2,08,700)

🌟 Educational Qualification and Experience

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree with MBA with specialization in Marketing
5 years post qualification experience in an executing capacity in Marketing and Business Development in a bank/financial/development institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.

Desirable:
Preference will be given to candidates involved in executing marketing strategies, creating brand awareness, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and promotional marketing.
