Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council
• 2 years’ post qualification experience in legal/financial documentation pertaining to lending, mortgages, guarantees, and recovery matters in Courts of Law or tribunals, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
• Familiar with the use of computers and related software.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in recovery-related matters including SARFAESI Act.
