• Master’s degree in Statistical Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, or Economics/Commerce (with Statistics) or Degree in Engineering/Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in electronic data processing work, including at least 3 years in electronic computing.

Desirable Qualification:

• Formal training in computer programming/system design/analysis.
