A graduation degree from a recognised university is the base qualification, and it has to be paired with real secretarial speed — English shorthand at 80 words per minute and English typing at 40 words per minute — along with working computer knowledge. The shorthand test runs on a 5-minute dictation with 50 minutes for transcription, and the typing test runs for 10 minutes.
