AIIMS Nursing Officer Recruitment 2025: Apply Now for NORCET 9

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is inviting online applications for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 9. This recruitment drive is for the position of Nursing Officer at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix, having a pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600. The positions will be filled for AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS facilities based on the available vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for NORCET, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Essential Qualification I:
  • B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council recognized Institute or University
  • B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council recognized Institute/ University.
  • Registered as Nurses & Midwife with State / Indian Nursing Council.
• Essential Qualification II:
  • Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/state Nursing council recognized Institute / Board or Council.
  • Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council.
  • Two years’ experience in a minimum 50 bedded hospital after obtaining the educational qualifications.

Age Limit

The age limit for all AIIMS is between 18-30 years as of the closing date of the application form. Age relaxation is applicable as per the general conditions outlined in the recruitment rules of respective Institutes/Hospitals.

• SC/ST Candidates/EWS: Rs. 2400
• Persons with Disabilities: Exempted
